Before you call
How quickly can you get to me?
You'll get a firm arrival window on the phone before you commit, and the van sets off as soon as you say yes. Where you are and the time of day decide it, so ring and we'll tell you straight.
What do I need to have ready?
Your exact location, your vehicle registration, and the tyre size if you can see it. It's the string of numbers on the sidewall, something like 205/55 R16. If you can't find it, the registration is usually enough for us to work it out.
Can you repair my puncture instead of replacing the tyre?
Often, yes. If the damage is in the repairable area of the tread and the tyre hasn't been run flat, a proper plug-and-patch repair to British Standard is the right fix. If it's in the sidewall or the tyre has been driven on while flat, it has to be replaced, and we'll show you why.
Do you charge extra at night or on weekends?
Tell us when you ring and you'll get the full price up front, whatever the hour. Nothing gets added on once we're there.
Do you cover vans as well as cars?
Yes, from small city cars up to transit-size vans. Let us know the vehicle when you call so we bring the correct fitment and the right equipment.
What if I've lost my locking wheel nut key?
Not a problem. We carry specialist removal tools that get the nut off without damaging the wheel, so a missing key doesn't leave you stranded.
